Since we are in Chicago, any mail sent to us 1st Class via the USPS will arrive at our office within two business days in most cases. You can even buy the envelope that you will require to ship a DVD at the post office. Also if you have a rush order that needs to be taken care of right away, we can arrange for pickup and drop off with a courier.
Hard drive based duplication and full comparison testing
Every project that we duplicate is scanned and copied into a hard drive that is dedicated to the duplicator. When you make a copy off of a hard drive rather than another disc, you get faster and more consistent copies. To ensure that the copies are correct, we perform a comparison test, comparing the disc we have just copied with the file on the hard drive. Even with this fail safe, Bittersweet Media can still copy approximately sixteen full DVDs per hour.
